    Anyone using tusk clutch kits?

Been lookin through rocky mountain atv's site, and I came across a company called Tusk. They have many budget parts, one being a clutch and spring kit for an 85 250R that runs for $35. That's about 1/2 to1/3 the price of other clutches, I'm just wondering if it's worth that for a weekend warrior, (more like monthly), or if it's just a complete waste.

I have heard that they were a good deal too, other than the springs being kinda weak.. My friend had one in his CR250, It seemed to work just fine

Like you, I asked around about if they worked or not. Could not find the answer I was looking for.
So I bought the kit and installed it on my 350X. Let me tell you the kit works.
And for that amount of money they can last a few rides and still be a deal. I'm beating the hell out of this clutch kit and they are doing their job. It was important to me that it was user friendly, like the stockers. And these are.
I always leave then in oil overnite, do the same with any type of bike clutch (exept some Ducatis).

    Get em. Hope this helps.
