OK. No big deal. I'm not worried about privacy I just figured if its cheap enough it'd be worth the peace of mind to know that I'd have a place to sleep. I have no problem bringing a sleeping bag, a pillow, and curling up on the floor somewhere. I'm going to talk to my cousin (the one that had the Raptor at Raffa's last winter) to see if he's coming too. I'll let you know if he says yes. Just let us know if you get some pricing info from the guy down the road.

Well guys and girls, I know everyone will be happy with whatever is made. But here is the current menu. I know I have told some that they may help, so if you still want to help, PLEASE get a hold of me. Then we can work something out, but remember if you want to help and you bring something, it has to go for about 30 plus people.
Breakfast both days will be the easiet:

Pulled pork/rolls

Soda,Beer, Water, Iced Tea
Now for the home cooked meal: Dinner

I will be putting out munchies on Friday night, Saturday night:

Well everyone, I think that is it, so like I said if anyone wants to help bring anything, PLEASE let me know.......But it has to feed a small army..LOL.

hey eric and wendy you guys are helpign out enough and we really preciate it but her eis the events list
basicaly if anyone wants to come out thursday we may be a late night coyote hunt! the bastards are everywhere. but pretty much wed and thursday are gettign ready and friday is gettign people together gettign the track groomed and the trails ready. and the actual arival of people.
friday night is a night ride( possibly on the dirt roads) and drinking while people arive. lights out around midnightor so unless others arive late night.
sat morning breakfast say 7 amish ridign begins 8-9 trail rideing till noon or so then lunch break and then after lunch the flat trac racign behgins( there is a good possibility of trophies beign awarded and actual racing this year) there willbe a 2 stroke class, a 4 stroke clas sand a mini class(under125cc) its all pretty much run what ya brung. and after the flat track racign is done we will do more trail riding. then dinner and possibly another night ride. but socalizing and A SWAP MEET IF ANYONE HAS EXTRA PARTSTHEY WANNA GET RID OF.
and sunday willbe ice racign wether permitting and more trail riding etc pretty simple anyone have any ideas let me know.

She-Devil and Tri-Zilla, Sweet sounds good guys, Your bed is set and made, busted my butt yesterday cleaning part of the house for everyone. If you could please bring some types of sweet food, brownies, cookies, something like that, I thought about it but haven't gotten that far. I have no sweet items on the menu yet. They do not have to be homemade either, store bought is fine.

Also please remember to bring a pillow and some sort of blanket, we do have extras and all beds that are set and ready have everything, but all beds are first come first serve, except couples, they are all set up. Still calling around for room rates. So as soon as we get them they will be posted.
