    250r engine questions

who makes an lighter flywheel for an 84 250r? what else can i do to make it quicker off the start?
if i put a 13 tooth sprocket on the front and a 37 tooth sprocket on the back would it be ok and give me still enough power to clime some small hills but would be a little faster than stock??
one last question and im sure this is an all time favorite but is it possible to get my r going 80mph if i did enough to the motor? with still having power?
i found a ktm 495 and thought it would be mean to stick it into a trike frame that i have laying around. maybe make it into a hill clime trike. any thoughts????

also the larger your rear sprocket is the lower your gearing will be.

Sounds perplexing to me, you want to be quick off the line, but also top speed of 80mph.
your gearing would have to be set up for one or the other IMO

but as for the flywheel, I have heard of that place 1upfront is suggesting, they have a good reputation, even out here from customersw in Cali.

Try reading some old post, this topic has been discussed quite a bit, you find what you are looking for there.

HAHAHA, then you have the weather too.

I would put my faith in the trike before I would bet on the quad

the blaster would be toast with those mods and the 250R being stock.
