    Brighter headlight for ATC 110?

I remember a few years ago getting a headlight bulb from the local Honda dealer for an ATC 110 I had at the time. They said it wasn't the same as stock, but it was actually brighter. Are the replacements halogen now? The light on my current 110 works fine, it's just not that bright.

Here is a nice and bright kind of light for the 110. I hope you weren't referring to a stock light. You know me, the goofier the better!

^^ That thing looks bad-ass! Is that a bolt on for the 110?^^

Although I may be interested in something like that, I thought there was a simple bulb swap that would get me more light, no?

It bolts on to the stock front end or many different aftermarket front ends. I originally got it for a rutt ryder front end I had, but I have sold the front end since. It is also a rewound stator for a higher wattage output. That would also more than like bolt onto a stock 185 or 200 front end. I have over light brackets, but no more lights or stators. Nothing for the 200x/250r/350x though. It could also fit a couple other aftermarket front end if you wanted to remove the headlight brackets. I believe it is rewired for over 100 watts or something crazy like that. A real duner headlight for sure. I have a real nice nicholson chromoly frame and a nice 2 axle place chrome front end that the hi output light would fit on and make a real nice OG Duner trike. I have all the stuff for a real big bore stroker hotrod cl or sl90 block to get the kickstart, manual clutch and have a real crazy old duner rocket. Just more of the crazy stuff that I've collected over the years. Another project that I'll probably end up selling as a package deal for someone to put together and have a really nice piece of history.

This is the light kit that was on ebay? I was bidding on this. Months and months ago I believe. The seller had more stators for these but not the light kits. I wanted that in the worst way for my 110 project. Its SICK...

I have the same problem with my 82R. Is it as simple as a brighter bulb or do I have to something in the electrical system?

Be careful with those LED's. LEDs are a low current draw device, and on the ATC 110 there exists NO voltage regulator or rectifier! You will have to include a rectifier, and either hope the current draw from a couple high wattage LEDs can handle the voltage, or wire up a regulator, too. The voltage from the stator on the ATC wide open is as high as 60 volts.

the 110's are usually pretty bright .... i always thought that it was because of the small diameter of the flywheel where as the 200x (same lighting coil) was dull due to the larger flywheel.there is a halogen buld at wally world that works in the 200x so should be able to use in a 110 its a h4 motorsport headlamp 60/55w
