straight edge off the rear sprocket works for me

I know it sound stupid....
But I bought a sprocket laser alignment tool. It works awesome! Found it in a Harley magazine. Cost $112 but neat as hell.![]()

I use a 24" steel layout ruler off of the back sprocket. This is providing you have an eccentric type adjustment in the rear and not the 83-85 200X setup where the swinger can be cocked one way or the other.........
