    who does cylinder boring?

    well, i just got my ol' 250r abck on thursday, for 250 buckeroos, but it needs the cylinder bored to match the piston.... who does cylinder boring that has a good rep?
    famous words "is it wrong to wear my helmet sitting on the toilet and twisting the toilet paper roll like its a throttle while making engine noises?"

    I always use Carquest. They do a good job. Just take the piston in with you so they can measure it. They Just did a bore job on my 250R, it cost $33.00

    Yeah, the Yamaha dealership was charging me $60.00 for bore jobs. I found out they were sending them to Carquest to get them done for $33.00 and tacking on an extra $25.00-$30.00 fee. So now I just cut out the middle man.

    I'll tell you where we get our stuff done right after you send 1upfront that $42 you owe him for shipping on that pipe he sent you last year. It's pretty bad when someone sends you an exhaust pipe for the cost of shipping and you don't even bother to send them the money you agreed to pay them. How many other people do you owe money to?
