    New member, Sayin Hi....

    Hey guys, Ive had several Honda ATC's over my lifetime as well as several quads. I prefer the ATC's and I just bought back one of my old original's, a 185s 1983 model. I also have a line on a 1985 Big Red that I am hoping to aquire very soon. If I get the Big Red I think i have convinced my self to restore it, not a resto with all NOS parts but you know, the kind where you buy all new after market plastic, paint the frame and swingarm and put new stickers on it. I just remember when I was a kid in the early 80's and seeing brand new Big Red's at peoples houses and wishing I could have one, now I can afford to put together a really clean one and keep it nice and just use the 185s for bashing.

    True ---however if your like me, you land a girl that loves trikes as much as you!!!!

    Thanks guys, The 185s was mine for about 10 years then the bearings in the rear carrier went out so I parked it, then a friend bought it and it sat in the corner of his shop for about 1 1/2 years. I called him the other day and said "Rodney, you need to sell me that 3 wheeler back". He sold it back to me for 50.00 (I sold it to him for 100.00). The carb was beyond rebuilding so I bought another carb,throttle cable, sprocket and chain set, and rear bearings and seals. Those items will get her back on her feet and running. She's not a looker but she runs pretty decent (as much as I can remember). Hell, the brand new swamper tsl's on the back were worth what I give him for it. parts shoul be here in a week or so and ill post a video of her in action.
