hey guys i have a 200 motor here, it has very little compression and will probably burn up oil, i have the head off but don't know what to do next the timing chain and cam are holding everything together, ps this is a how to take something apart thread....thanks!

Go there download the full manual to your bike. If it isn't there look up the 83-85 200x the top ends are the same. There you will find step by step instructions how to tear down and reassemble your top end.
