    carb leaking gas on big red

    Im no mechanic but my buddy cleaned my carb for me last year and its leaked a little gas ever since.Is there a gasket in there because it seems to be comin out the seams and a little around the hoses.ive been turnin the gas off at the tank to keep it from leakin out when not in use .any sugestions?I took it out today for some fun in the snow,i was trying to take a huge hill behind my house and could only make it3/4 of the way up.I took another run at it made it a little farther came to a stop and did a perfect backwards sumersalt,luckily they dont weigh much.I think i should ask for a helmet this christmas!

    He might of bent the float in the carb or you need a new needle and seat. But thats just my two cents. Alex

    your float pin may be worn (forget name think it's needle) best thing may be to order a rebuild kit for it off ebay that includes the float. they run about $16+shipping for the compelte kits.
