    trike will not start.

i just got back from trying to start my 200s, i rode it last week put it in the barn and now today i took it out to ride it. i pulled it over 100 times choke on,off, half way, the spark plug wire is in, it has compression just like it did last week the gas is on and flowing, i took off the air box cover and it had a small amount of fuel on the tip of the breather tube, choke up gas would spit out this tube. please help me i was almost to the point of taking out the loader and crushing it!

well seeing how your from my area and it is quiet cold around here, how cold was it when trying to start your bike?

mine will not start in -7+ conditions i have to take a small heater and let the engine warm up for a good 20minutes.

just soak the tip that goes into the engine and tighten it back in it should fire up, also if your bike vibrates enough the screw on your carb may have turned back making it harder to start.

Your float might be stuck open allowing the excess gas to flow in and flood it out. Check the carb.

how to i get the float unstuck? and would the fuel spitting out the air tube (no air filter) indicate a stuck float. i think i had the choke on when it was doing that

Remove carb from bike and then remove the bowl cover. Have a look at your float and see if it moves freely.

Doubt it, replace the spark plug, and check your petcock, make sure it isnt plugged with rust and dirt, clean the fuel filter, and check the air filter.
