I'm up to 2 of these DISCONTINUED chain sliders....Where are the bidders!!

Some of you guys are snoozin (if you need one!) These weren't BIN's, they were auctions I had bid on just because of the rarity of them and because you really need them to ride or to restore the 1st generation 200X.

    I've snagged 2 83-85 200X OEM NOS chain sliders recently, and I don't even own an 85 200X

One of the sites collectors had one of these up for sale at 175$ Thats part of the reason I grabbed them. I'll just sit on them for a few years

Id be damned to pay 175 for a chain slider! I would let the chain cut through the swingarm before I would blow 175 on a slider.... and speaking of blow, it better do that for 175 as well!

Well, I didn't pay CRAP for either of these, my "investment" is very low. Thats what surprised the hell out of me as I had watched one go for 99.99$ BIN recently......

But, when you see brake hoses sell for 300$, brake brackets grab 69.99$ - you know that a restorer is always willing to pay THERE price. To me, it's worth grabbing these rarities and hangin onto them for the future

Yep, I too would find an alternative..... But, if you read a fair percentage of peoples posts, you'll realize that they aren't ready to re-engineer anything

And Goat, if I had NUMEROUS kickers, I would sell one - even if they were DC, for the right price. But last I knew, you could snag one brand new for 85$. At that point I have no desire to sell any of mine.......

Until I get layed off that is

DC, you wanna sell that Bassani Exhaust for the 250sx? Pretty please?

Oh and if you want it, I found the wiring harness w/ rectifier and coil for the 86 200x parts bike I had. I dont need them =) There was a engine my friend was going to use but didnt I can pick up cheap most likely.
