I finally found one in my area that looks to be in decent shape(in the ad). When I go to look at it, what should I watch out for when I ride it and look it over? Thanks alot in advance.

Run it through all the gears, make sure it shifts nice. Check the front and rear axle for play. See if the lights work. Check if the hand and foot brakes work. Check the engine over for oil leaks. See if it pulls one way or the other on the road to make sure forks are straight. Look to see if anything has been painted. I'm sure you'll get an opinion right away, guess it depends if you want something ready to ride or something to put a little cash into and the price.

check too see if all the bolts and fastners are rust free!!!!!!!!! ( i know from experience) and check the frame for rust pits etc especially if its been driven through salt water.........

Make sure you check the front forks for play, as all the ones I have seen are quite bad.
