    Coolant you run?

    Whats everyones opinions on coolant types to use on their watercooled trikes?

    I was just going to get mix yourself car stuff and make it super concerntrated in conjunction with demineralised water?

    Am I correct ?

    Yep just get the green automotive stuff you have to mix before you use. Get some distilled water and mix it 50/50 you should be good to go.

    Dont know about trikes, but in all my quads I just use regular premixed super tech anti freeze. You just dump it in and go. Been using it since my first liquid cooled atv.
    1986 200x- old school D.I.D wheels, Gold D.I.D X-Ring Chain, Rad MFG. Carrier, PRM Grab Bar, Pro Circuit T-4 custom, Maier plastics, 85x forks, 18x10.5x8 kenda klaw mxr's on itp steels, the money pit never ends

    2004 YFZ450 - CP 12.5:1, cam mod , gibson nerfs, hmf pipe, protaper bars + risers, dg bumper/skids, holeshot gncc's on itps, cycra handguard and more stuff to come.

    Theres a certain type of coolant you shouldnt use since its not good for aluminum. It contains phosphate or some chemical with a weird name I cant remember right now.

    Super Tech is good stuff, thats what I run in everything.
