is there brighter bulbs for a 200s style light?

does anyone make a drop in upgrade for the 200s style headlight? (185/200s,e,m,se are the same)

i woudl like a brighter headlight but don;t wnat to change the entire assembly unless i have too. if I do, i know they make brighter 250ES/SX light bulbs, will that headlamp bolt on to the 200e?

The 185s bulb is old school lol. Not sure if it can be easily upgraded or not.

ye ai know. :/ my 200e runs the same bulb as a 110. i hope i can upgrade to a 250es headlight so i can get a way brighter bulb. if needed i can upgrade the alt. coil (forget the name here maybe generator coil?)

I'm guessin you'll need to upgrade the lighting coil, i've got a 200 auto X (200s engine) and it hardly produces enough power for the stock 200x headlamp. Still looking at swaping the lighting coil for a 200x one, but i'm not even sure if it fits?

there is a 75w lighting coil on e-bay that i was thinking about for the wifes auto x ... anyone know how many watts the stock coil is rated for? The coil on your 110 is the same as your 200 the only differance is the size of the flywheel ... its larger on the 200 so it spins slower..

Well in the end i got a 200x coil, and the rest of the engine to go with it which i thought was a good find this side of the pond. especially for £45 delivered B) So the 200s lump has been returned to its rightful bike, so i cant be of much help here
