One is just 10 miles north of town local farmer built it from the ground up. he sold it a couple years ago, I was told it is the largest dairy in Kansas and 5th in the USA. The biggest barn is 1/2 mile long. Here are some pictures I found of it on the net none showing the biggest barn. http://www.ceresagrar.com/Locations/...-Cimarron.aspx
He is one of the biggest farmers around here, I think he is down to about 150 employees now that he sold the dairy.

immaging the price of milk when alot of the smaller farms go under from not beign able to pay the taxes! its pretty bad i know a few farmers that scraped runnign useable tractors combines and othe rimplameents to pay for fuel to make hay this year! people dont realise that if they woudl tax cows ther ewoudl be no milk at 10+ dollars a gallon ther ewoudl be no steaks or hamburger! and las tbut not least is ther eis no farms ther eis no produce so it woudl totaly screw theonly industry that is majority the business that is still kept within the country! i say hell elminate taxes on fuel for farming and trucking for demestic items and let us use our own products and become a self sufficent country again!
