ok i got that 200x and it runs just dosent stay running where is the idle screw and when i turn the gas on it come out of the over flow like crazy what do i do people?? btw i would be lost if it wasent for all you guys thanks again

4 Wheels? Huh?
the idle screw is on the side of the carb and it has a spring on it.
the overflow problem is the float valve, take the carb off open it up and clean that thing till you can eat out of it.

Yeah it connects to that. Should be the only vertical inlet tube.

with it coming out of the overflow you should check the float and make sure it doesnt have a hole in it. If it does it will not float because gas gets into it and it doesnt float.
