    yamaha 225 dx ?'s

    ok i just picked up a yamaha 225dx not sure of the year yet, but i got a 225dr engine with reverse with it. how hard would it to be to put the top end from my dx onto the dr bottom end, does everything interchange, ive been told its exact but wanted to make sure before i made the swap

    cylinder, piston, head are all the same. But if you got a dx frame and you want to put the dr bottom end in this frame, the reverse may need parts you dont't have, but I'm not sure.
