    Ok this is a fantastic thread and rebuilding of a trike.
    I too have an '85 250SX and it needs some luv also. Rear diff is locked up with broken teeth on the ring gear, at least ebay helped out and I have an almost new unit and axle to go back in~ Soooo where is the finished trike??

    It runs!

    Here is a little teaser for those of you who have been waiting AGES. This is the first start up since the engine has been gone thru. Currently sporting a NOS Rocky High Compression piston and FULL supertrapp. Currently jetting it to get it to idle. Then a shake down run then i will have some more pix and video. Big Thanks goes out to Jeff(honda250sx) for the countless hours he has put into this machine to make it what it is.

    problem is now that i have to find a way to mount the silencer to the frame. as you might see in the video it doesnt exactly line up to anything.

    Uhmmm, Yeah, I could kinda see the terrible alignment You could put a midpipe with bends in it, shorten up the headpipe,spin the cone...... It will fit, you may have to just get some pipework bent and or done.....
