It's going on his trail-r so I'm guessing the pipe will be the bassani and a 34mm carb?

Hard time reading the calipers.......... How many mm's? So you have a true Mugen 360? Oh boy, this is gonna be good. Just be careful removing that broken stud.... I believe those had a nicasil finish.

It's right around 83mm's, that stud is just missing I ran a tap in it today and cleaned it out some of the other threads where packed full of crud too on the intake and exhaust, the hard part is gonna be finding a stud like that one it's larger on the cylinder side. the aircooled mugen cylinders where chrome plated but I'm going with nicacil when I get it done.

We may take you up on that Ed.
It's funny how things work out. 1upfront just got another 300 kit then this cylinder comes out of nowhere. So I started looking for a head for it and now I have a lead on a 360 kit. I also found a guy with a head for it but he needs a head for a 78-79 mugen 125 and wants to use the 360 for a trade. I guess eventually things will work out. When it rains it pours.

The Hondaline 300 kit is a direct bolt on but the Mugen 360 requires machining to the cases and the crank as Syko stated.
Here is a link from vintagefactory. Thanks Scott "phasefive ".

Intake boot for the Odyssey fl 350 will be used for this one.
Polaris 400 piston will be used.
He has a cobra pipe a bassani pipe and a Mugen pipe to choose from.
I'm thinking that the 39mm pwk that is on the 300r will be used.
    Those are the easy things.
Thanks to petesatc for the hard part. He found a head for the cylinder.
This thing is coming together quicker than I originally thought.
It wouldn't have been possible without the networking that you get from this site.
