    put a new carb on

    now its bogging, have to gradually give it gas, where before you could punch and it would revvvvvvv. Any ideas???
    I did not touch any of the settings it came with.

    Whats the make and model of the ATC? You might have to adjust the air screw.

    so its the same thing you had?

    if so open it up and see if it has the same jets/needle as the first one.
    80s......185 atc, Yamaha tri-moto 200, 85 200x with tons of work

    I really didnt want to take it apart. The A/F screw, opening it does what. closes does what????

    taking the bowl off is 3 screws. it's very simple and yes you have to ensure you are running the same size jets. w/o knowing you'll never get it dialed in.

    Your gonna have to pull the carb, just be carefull not to rip the gasket/o-ring. Check the jets make sure there the right size and the needle is in the middle position, I think thats stock setting for that, not sure on stock jet sized tho.....98 mabey for the main??
