The site keeps getting better all the time. I'm not even all that interested in Tigers and it still keeps me intrigued. Keep it up!

That is just outstanding. I really knew nothing at all about Tiger trikes, until about 2 years ago and educated myself through your website. Now I wish I had a piece of history. But reality is I probably never will, but I glad to know that someone like you, who lives so close has done such an awesome job keeping history intact.
Will we ever see one of those on Greenwood Lake?

Thanks ....I am glad people are enjoying it.

That is the whole purpose to dissect TIGER ATV, learn as much as possible, and keep the TIGER memories fresh.
The site is really coming along better than expected and it seems to be saving data better this past week. I'm not going to bother Mickey for a while, he was really good to me and that took time for him. I have more interviews in the works for different perpectives but Mickey's interview was VERY insightful. I'm glad I bought all the mags I did a few years back to find a few of those pictures of him. 1 year ago who knew all this would go down....Iowarotax (Bob) said to me last year " I wonder what tiger stuff will come out this year" ...then BAM all of this....who knew there was even a Mickey Dunlap prototype let alone an R3 (Dr. Death) model of it!!!!!!

What will come out this year.....your guess is as good as mine!!!

Question for OC about his honda/yamaha line?

    Hi OC
I great to see you pick up all the Tiger loot! When you say you had to move your honda line stuff does this mean you sold or trade most or some of you atc 250r restored collection to get this Tiger stuff? Do you still have your atc250r ,trx250r and tri-z restoration bikes? ??? The tiger site looks good!!! Keep up the good work.

Sold most of the hondaline parts, NOS yellow and black Z parts to fund this purchase. Also all the restoration costs on these will be very high so I may thin more out at some point. Sold a few machines last spring (miss my 89 quadracer 500 the most) but still have all the honda machines, The NOS 86 Tri Z stuff I still have. I had Mike at Vintage do that motor and have just about everything to make that look brand new. Have no idea when I'll get to that one though.

Did Tiger contact Rotax to make these engines especially for them or were these engines they were already making?

    Rotax sold kit/cart motors

    Here a few new pics

    Check this out.

    1. Stack of 121 Warning decals....they planned on selling a few machines.

    2. Original tiger Gelcoat pulled out of the mold. They spryed the gelcoat but never layed the glass.

    3. Can anyone identify the other part??

That part in the last picture looks like some sort of brake rotor maybe?

Very cool indeed. A picture can tell a story without words. I've been looking over this info many times just to make sure I take it all in and learn some new things. I'm digging it. Keep it up. It looks like I picked up my Tigers in time for the second coming. LOL
