These pics have been floating around for awhile. Recently a few guys are rebuilding diffs/bearings etc etc so I thought I'd post this up.
I destroyed my 85 250SX swingarm and it bent it so bad that the axle splines stripped within the ring gear housing. This might be why Twilights was welded.
Then there was the 86/87 swinger that I took it a bit easier on in the 2nd photo. Last summer I needed to replace the driveshaft boot and guess what, that whole swinger was bent to hell again.
Just TOO many places that fasten together on these dam things!!
Poor little girl doesn't see much dust other than the dust that settles on it now
