    84 250R Exhaust?---por-15 question too!

What kind of exhaust is this? the guy who is selling it says it might be a DG or a bessani....i really really hope its a bessani because i hear they are damn good and it doesnt look like a DG. THANKS! Also, i just coated the inside of my tank with POR-15 tank sealant and its been drying for about 4 hours. its starting to feel pretty dry but the can says to wait 96 hours for it to be complete. does it really need to dry for that long or can i just start using it in a day or so? is it a good idea to use 2 coats, if so then how long do you wait between coatings?

1upfront seems to have good luck with this one. A lot depends on how the machine is set up and most importantly how well it is tuned. It is pretty much the same as a dg pipe.

i would like to see the other side of the pipe.

as far as the tank, let it sit as much as possible. it needs to cure.

The por15 tank sealer needs to set 3 - 4 days at above 70 degree temps. Longer if below 70. It usaully appears dry within 24 hours but dont let it mislead you. If it doesnt cure completly before you put fuel in it, it will start to pull up in a few months. Also do not put on two coats. It seems this stuff has a problem adhearing to itself and you might get it to thick where it will not flex with the tank and start cracking. If you follow the directions exactly this stuff cannot be beat, it will last forever.
Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
