    Need help jetting my Z

I'll list what I have and if anyone has my same setup please tell me what your jetting is. 86Z , brand new PWK 38 carb, ported, milled (phase II wrench report) DG pipe and silencer. K&N filter, boyesen dual reeds, bored 40 over.

I test rode it today and it bogged like crazy on the bottom. moved into a lazy feeling mid and high. Any help would be great.

I think I have a 175 main in my 39pwk. It's the stock jetting that came with the carb and it's spot on. I'm running a stock port, uni filter with no lid on the airbox, DG pipe and silencer and v-force reeds with sprock intake.

What does your plug look like?

Black and dry. I'm not sure what came in it, but it came with some extra jets. I think i might try the 175 that came with it. What position is your needle?

Before I started re jetting I'd drop the clip one knoch...is it cold out? Did the bike run better set up the same way over summer/fall? I take the bike idles it just doesn't have the snap and sound boggish, black plug looks rich...lean it a knoch.
