    Picked up my 73 ATC70!!!

OK,IM not buying another trike until I get some stuff done to the ones I have
I got my 73 and it is a project for sure but I have been looking at it under the canopy for over a year and I had to rescue her!
    I need tires,cables,paint,seat,muffler ect.. but it's a real 73!
The only thing I cant figure out is the weird tank decals?
    Well her she is!

Oh yeah,I put a down payment on a Allis Chalmers amfibious Terra Tiger before I left(It's NOT a trike)LOL!!!!!

Wow, thats a scary exhaust!! I wonder what a straight piped 70 would sound like??

And that is an interesting tank decal, it looks original, but didnt they come with flame decals in 73??

I have't seen one of those decals in years. A old neighbor kid had one on his 70 when I had my 90 right before I went into the service. I think it was aftermarket as it seemed that it didn't take much to mess up those flame decals. Heck, I'd try to get repros made of those tank decals and maybe use them just to be different. Those decals are pretty faded though.

I love those decals. I agree you need to get some of those. I'd contact Harlan and see if he can do anything with just taking pics of those and redoing them.
I know when I bought my 70 from him he took pics of some of the decals on it to do something with.
