Lol yeah, I'll be grinding those off next time I have the grinder out.
How easy are 175 front forks to find? I definetly want some front shocks on this thing.

Looks like you got your self some decent trikes on your hands, you going to love building them up to there former glory. Also if you need parts post up a wanted ad in the ATV classifieds I am sure someone is got what you need laying around and if you need help getting them to run let me know and I will try and help the best I can. By the way there a blast to ride especial when they got front suspension.

So I got the 125 started (it was slippery so putting it in first didnt work. So we push started it in 4th (yes push lol), ran it for a few minutes, then I didnt adjust the choke and it stalled. Couldnt start it after.
And the 175 is missing more parts than I though.
    So far my list is
Need: choke cord, brake handle, steering ball bearings, pull starter, foot pegs, and whatever to make the engine run.
Could use: Seat cover, brake cables, handlebar grips (fox), Tachometer (anyone know the redline?)
Want: Front shocks, new handlebars (fox?), paint job.

I'm a big fan of fox racing equipment, but have not been able to find what all they make that could be put on a trike. Does anyone know, or know of an online catalog?

No need, the 125 is a good trike, minus the starting/runing problems. Doesn't really need anything other than that.
And he 175 is my little project, gonna build it up beyond stock. Turn it into something I can race around with.

Mine would do the same thing in till I discovered That the carb was getting clogged with very fine particles of sand, So I put a fuel filter on it and cleaned the carb again and it solved my problem also set the carb air/fuel mixture screw to 2 1/2 turns out from closed and If you got any more questions about specifications I own the repair manual also have you tried checking compression on it, it might need to be rebuilt.

Thanks for the links. I saw the rear suspension one already, and I am very interested in trying to find a kit like that after I get back from paris and have some cash.
And my 175 came with a repair manual. Would the 175 and 125 manuals be closely similar?

It should be pretty close except for the carburetor, cylinder, head, piston and exhaust other then that, they use the same parts in the lower end and on the frame.

Yeah here's one I seen on ebay even though it says for the 125 and 175, They do not interchange because only a 175 pipe will fit on a 175 engine and only a 125 pipe will fit on a 125 engine, If I was you I would put all my money into the 175 to get it running again.

Too bad you don't live close to me. I would hook you up with a bunch of parts for the 125 & 175 cheap. Shipping would be a killer though.

That would be sweet, but yeah it would be esp bad getting it over the border. But thanks anyways man.
And yeah most of my money will be into the 175, the 125 doesnt need much money, mainly just time.
Went to go order the steering ball bearings, $25 for the top an bottom, argh. Gotta see what ones I really need before I order them

Tried the other day to push in 4th again, couldnt get it to turn over fast enough. And not enough energy to try again. Went home, thought about it, and I might have been in 3rd last time and thought I was in 4th, which would be why it fired then.
Might go try it in 3rd if I have the energy to push the thing this week.
