What part am I missing on my 250r?

I was looking at my bike the other day and realized I had mounts under the front of the gas tank for something that wasn't there.

Looking at pics of other 83/84 250r's I think I found what's missing.

I circled it in the pic below.

Where can I get these? Or are they rare? I don't see any on ebay or anything.

Kinda figured. I think I'm also missing a guard for the engine sprocket.

Too bad people don't part these out often!

84' scoops are getting harder to find + $$$$. If your looking for other scoops make sure the holes is complete. Sometimes they are broke off.Beets

Actually, people do part them out a lot. That is what creates the problem. About 30% of the trike owners of each respective trike, have the money to buy a bunch of stuff even if they don't need it, then they hoard it all and sit on it. All the hoarding by a minority of owners is what helps to make this stuff so rare. Good thing is, this is a good forum where there are still some people who will give you the shirt off their back if they think it will help. It won't be easy but you'll find someone who'll help. I've met 3 or 4 guys who have done more for me then I could have ever imagined.

    Good luck with it!

Those are cool, but I'd prefer the originals.

If all else fails I might contact him.

    Thanks for the idea though!

For the 85+ or for the 83/84? The 85+ ones are more expensive from what I'm seeing.
