Another project, the keep pileing up!!
Picked up 2 trikes today, and a YFZ490 roller bike tommarow, all for 250$
Local guy up the road had the trikes sitting next to the road for the past 2 years, and wanted way to much for them. I was out stripping my 84 Big Red frame down to get it SB and he showed up, said seeing how I appreciate trikes and respect them he would sell me both and the bike and some other parts for 250$, which I thought was a ok deal
1983 250R, motor froze up, needs alot of cosmetic work and bearings, and other stuff. Got the motor free this evening, the piston was froze to the cylinder and the crank was froze....some used motor oil and a swift kick and the crank was free, the piston, it tooks us 2 hrs to get the cylinder off.
I know nothing about air foolers.....what are some good mods/upgrades to do to these bikes???Engine, suspension, etc etc etc......
1984(5?) 200X, no motor, broken front axle, totaly f%%@ed plastics... a complete basket case..might part out the rear axle, frame and tank...only decent things on this POS
