You can't properly measure a cylinder with just a set of calipers. You need a set of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Comp-...QQcmdZViewItem

You need to measure multiple spots to check for out of roundness, taper, ect. If you take the cylinder and a manual with the specs for it to a local shop, they can look at it and tell you what it needs.

you need the 65.5mm piston, that's the next size to bore to. your stock bore right now. i think the weisco 200s piston will work in it, which means more power! 10.5:1 comp vs the stocker 9:1. you jsut run super unleaded is all.

think im going to save the wiseco piston for another project.i have a piston with low hours out of a spare 200x engine(cam failure).its .25mm over.this is what it looks like(http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...essories)heres my question is,what would be a good set of rings to use with the .25 piston, would it be
1.the .25mm rings from service honda for $35
    2.this from ebay.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA...Q5fAccessories
    3.or this from ebay.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...Q5fAccessories

or is there a better set of rings made for the piston i want to use.
