    Hi everyone, IM NEW

    Hey guys/gals!

just joined up, I've been trollin here everyday since i got the bug to get my daughter a ATC70, shes only 1 tho lol. TONS of good info on here!

anyways..... Bought one Saturday for $250. Had to drive 2 hours in the snow to pick it up. The previous owner said it was an 85 but after researching decals and what not it appears to be an 84. The ol lady wants to restore it to look like an 83, her brother raced one back then along with a kx60 trickey dicks conversion, he was damn good too! They actually sponsered him for awhile!!

In the past i owned a 85 ATC250R and after being here i REALLY miss it. I am currently restoring a 88 250r and will start on the ATC70 when i get done.

I'm sure i will have tons of questions and will look here for help!

    Here's the beast:

Welcome Bert!! When you get into the 70 Glamis Dunes has the most info. They have done everything you can do to a 70 there.
Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

barry_man: i will def check there for parts! And we're now considering the Pink route after seeing yours!

I have plenty of pics of the Trickeydicks KX, just gotta scan them. I don't have much info on it other than from a newspaper clipping and what my ol lady has said.

Glamis Dunes has a big atc70 forum. There is a 70 parts place "Sterdy Products" which has some 70 stuff. We will all be wanting the kx info. A few of us on here have suspension 70s. The 70s do tend to multiply. You will need a couple more so the rest of the family can ride with your daughter. Also there are several different ways to make the 70 just a tad bit faster. There are parts to make your 70 prettier. The idea is to be safe and have fun. Welcome to the site.

    Thanks so much everyone!

This place feels so much more friendly than the ATV forum i used to troll. I guess it's full of kids whereas this site is more mature folk! THANK GOD

I currently ride a 88 trx250r and my ol lady has a 07 250ex, we ride ALOT throughout the summer at ST JOE STATE PARK in Park Hills MO, its around an hour away.

Now i can't wait till my daughter is old enuf to ride the ATC!
