I went to look at this today, found it on craigslist in North Jersey. The guy is asking $250. No recoil rope, needs a battery, front brake doesn't work (not hooked up, no lever), rear tires were flat so I couldn't try it out, heard it run though - didn't sound bad, didn't smoke. I offered him $100 but he wouldn't sell. Is it worth $250? Are these rare?

Id say thats a good deal. It looks to be in exceptional shape and the tires look fine. All youd need is a seat cover and the items you listed and youd have a nice trike without spending alot of dough. Just be sure to run it through the gears before buying.
Heres one I bought a while back. I traded some other trikes plus cash for this. I think it was around 500. It didnt look as good as the one youre looking at. Umm, try to ignore the.

I bought my MINT 84 atc125m for $100 off Craigslist. Needed tires since it was sitting so long in the garage!
I don't want to say the 125m isn't popular... but it seems like they don't sell for much.
