the axle nut is stuck and need to remove it to install axle bearings but its not coming out or even moving one mm .. the larger nut with the left hand treads is stuck or something, whats the best way to remove them without damaging the axle??

i am thinking of using a torch and heat the living CR@P out of the nut and see if it comes loose.. will the axle be damaged this way???
because 3 wheels are better than 4
try it. stick a big cresent wrench on there with a pipe extension and rev on that sucker till you get a hernia.
As long as you don't get it red hot. Penetration oil, heat and time. Sometimes I'll let it set a couple of days. Reheat and try again.

i drilled a small hole in the large nut and stuffed it with PB blast , will try again tomorrow.. i will try the pipe wrench in the morning if that doesn't work i will have to take the torch to it...
because 3 wheels are better than 4
