Well guys I started the restore on the 110 today. So far I got the motor out of the frame with tank, fenders, carb, intake and foot pegs removed.
i willl keep you guys updated.
This is my first restore on a trike so there will be plenty of questions.
here is my first question:
can anyone give me details on how to pull the head, what too look out for and how to pull the cam ( has points ignition).

Do a search for manuals on the forums here. I think a few guys host them on their websites. You might find one for the 110.

A service manual will serve you well during your restore. If you can't find one on here you can get one off of Ebay I think. I just bought a 110 a couple weeks ago also
