bike wont start + pullstart question

so a few days ago i decided to take my bike out for a spin cause it was nice.. -3/0ish
i ended up keeping it tarped up at my house instead of driving the exrta minute to my parents house to put it in the garage now its -11 and it hasnt started in 2days i know its probably because its cold that it wont start.

so whats everybody elses tips to cold starting?
usualy when im in the garage its easier i just put a heater to the engine for 15mins

anyways next question is i have a 3 pawl pullstart and my friend has 1 big pawl as a pullstart i was wondering if i could get a conversion for my pullstart to make it 1 pawl?

wooooo got er running it was the spark plug that was bad wouldnt have known cause it spit n sputter when i put gas in the spark plug whole anyways going out riding tonight

what does your buddy have a 200m/200es.i think those were the only models with the one ratchet.i tried to convert the pull start recoils and had no luck.

damn... i wanted to convert it and yes it was a 200m
i kinda rigged up a solution with my pawls i have 2 pawls with a spring going thru the coil spring inside it doesnt slip off anymore but i only get 1 pawl oh well works god =\

i've done this all i did was switch what the dogs/ dog grabs on to connected to the crank shaft. this will only work on 200's with wet stators
