Need help with 125m rear bearing replacement

I'm attempting to change the rear bearings on my 125M, the problem i'm having is i'm having a difficult time getting the nut loose that holds the hub on the right side. Whenever i try to break the nut loose, the axle tries to spin and i can get no leverage. What do you guys normally do to prevent the axle from trying to turn while your breaking the hub nuts loose? Also, the rear brake shoes are shot so i have no rear brake so holding the brake down is a no go........

If you can get one hub off then put a pipe wrench on the splines and have someone hold it while you loosen the nut.
If you can't get either nuts off the axle then try using a Good impact wrench.

Sometimes I hit the wrench with a to simulate an impact . This usually cracks it loose with the first good hit.
