Thanks for the help DC, i was hoping i didn't miss the obvious answer. I'm not trying to be difficult i was just hoping someone had a simple step-by-step that i could pass along to the shop that is doing the rebuild. I do not want to take a stab at throwing 500.00+ in parts down the drain because i didn't do something right, so that is why i'm paying someone to do the rebuild...

You're last post cleared it up best with the clearance issue, and i did miss the 'direct bolt in' post when i was scanning my search. I'm sure if i had the pumps in front of me it would make a whole lot more sense but basically this post was created to describe a beautiful woman to a blind man. Thanks again to everyone and i will pass along the info and see where we end up...
