Tire pressures and sizes for 86 250r?

What are the recommended tires for a 85 250r, front and backs.

Also, how much pressure.

I just put a Carlisle A/T489 23x8-11 on front of my 85R and I have stock replacement Dunlop KT577 rear 20x10-9. The front is kind of aggressive, but it works good for woods trail riding, and the rears work well too, not great in mud, but good for most everything else.
