    200X smoke

    I just bought a 200X from my uncle for 300 I new it smoked but the motor runs very well and lots of power. But it SMOKES like a freight train Will mystery marvel oil help it a little :? What am I looking for in the engine to be letting oil by maybe the rings but it has plenty of compression.

    Hey- it could be valve seals, rings, valves, valve sleaves....or scored cylinder or it could have a lip in it...lol a lot of things....be more specific...

    Don’t now how to be much more specific... smokes. Has lots of power has original tires so I don’t think it has to may miles on the motor plug is very wet where is the mixture jet at the only one I see probably the idling jet haven’t checked it yet.
    Runs very well but I don’t like the smocking its not a little smoke it’s a whole lot. Looks like blue smoke witch is oil but it could be black.

    the mixture jet is on the front side of the carb going vertically up into it...
    if the plug is very wet it sounds like u r gettin way too much gas...

    you might want to take yer carb apart and make sure nothing is in the float so that it would stick on...like little pieces of crap or dirt
