Thread: Tank's 1985 350X build is FINALLY all done! ;-)

    List of things to bring:

    1) Brain - don't leave home without it -
    2) Less cigarettes
    3) The seat and or entire ATC
    4) My clutch cable
    5) Love for your old pal DC

    Just give me a yell tomorrow night and we'll set up a time, probably Saturday around noonish.....

    I should have staples (I will check - me tinks deyz T-50 staples), I know I have the gun but usually a mix of 1/4" staples and 3/8" take care of it all.

    It really helps to spray adhesive the foam on with "Super 77", and I may be out of that stuff. I'm not sure WHO carries it - Wally World, Lowes, Homie D??

    If anyone knows for sure, let us know plz

    I won't forget the Either Bud Lite?
    I have some scrap pieces of foam if need be for filler also( thin sheets)
    And I might have some spray adhesive as well, I'll bring that too

    I spent some time over DC's house this weekend and he hooked me up by putting the seat cover on for me. It came out awesome, couldn't have came out any better in my oppinion. Here are some pics.

    Quick update...
    I've been searching Ebay for quite a while now looking for a SUPERTRAPP exhaust for my 350X. A couple of weeks ago one came up, I didn't even care how much it was, but it was only $75 plus shipping. IMHO, that's not bad for how nice it is. The intermediate pipe is absolutely solid. I like the fact that it bolts up to the rear engine mount instead of the frame... When it got to me the first thing I did was,attempt to remove all of the allen bolts at the end cap. Luckily for me, they all came out like butter What I ended up doing with them was put some High temp never seize on them, for the install. Here's a couple of pics of it on the X

    My batteries died after the second pic.

    I could NOT be more pleased with the outcome and very noticeable differences in performance.. I highly recomend all you 350X riders to get one if you can.. Glad I did
