Well, as I had stated in my last post, I do indeed, have a roller Everything went as smoothe as glass when it came to installing the fresh SS bolts. I only had one issue, when changing the front brake pads, one of the plastic screw in protectors gave me issues, that's it.. Thanks to my brother for doing some grunt work Here are some pics. of my progress

I like the way it's coming together

Leave me alone while I'm working

It's actually a small amount of grease, I had to put a little bit in the trips to get the fork tubes to slide good, I just forgot to clean it off, Thanks for reminding me though
Damn, I didn't even notice the fact that I put the rears on the wrong sides

Is having grease on the inside of the clamp area a good thing?

    I wouldn't think so.

Try sliding a flat head screwdriver in between the outside grove to open them up.

I tried to get a good pic of all the blu-ing on the clutch plates, every time I took a different angle it would only catch one or two of them. Anyhow, here are your plates, someone must have smoked the clutch and only replaced the fibers.

I still have to coat and blast the other stuff but, the rain doesn't help......
