    honda 110 and 125

    will the parts from a 110 engine and a 125 engine interchange,
    Signature pic removed,becuase of no helmet.

    What parts specifically? I want to say that they are pretty different engines but Im not 100% on that one.

    engine parts.they are both vertical.only few cc's different.i thought maybe they were like the 185 and 200.buddy of mine has a 110 and he needs parts,i have a 125 parts bike.

    They share a lot of parts but not as many as the 185/200 engines do. Is the 110 a points (1979-1980) or cdi (1983+) motor?

    check the microfische online, you can get the part numbers and compare them if they're the same then it will work, that's how I check. usually 100% correct. Alot of people use service honda or I always check discounthondaparts.com. Open a window for both machines and start cross referencing. I've had good success with it!

    the crank and rods are different. the jugs are different heigths, and the bolt patters on the head i beleive is different (larger bore so more spread out).

    internals don't swap basically, but a lot of other stuff does. CDIs will, cams, rockers, guides, electronics and more. I heard there's a guy running around with a 110 that he swapped the bottom end of a 125 for to get the electric start. so he's for an electric starting 110 now. that woud be interesting.
