83-85 200x aftermarket plastic help please...

I have a few questions about the plastics on this thing, my other maier rear fenders had different lines around the rear and didn't have two step downs going into the seat pan area. I was wondering what brand/style this rear fender is, the machine has early Maier tank scoops as well, do those scoops belong on a 83-5 200x? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Who made the white front fender extensions that i see from time to time, is that a hondaline item? Also there is a very clean hole drilled in the frame you can see on the top tube in front of the gas tank, was that for some sort of steering stabilizer, or there because a previous owner needed something to do? Just curious about what this stuff may be. Thanks in advance, TC...
