    Blizzard!

We have had such a nice mild winter, that all ended last night. We are in the middle of our first March blizzard in a few years. Supposed to get 15-20" of snow by tonight. Wind is blowing 30-40mph gusting to 50. We have soem giant drifts building right now.

I drove around town for a bit. Never had any problems and as i was 3 blocks from home seen a tahoe stuck in the street I panicked hit the brakes and was stuck also. Then another guy got stuck behind me. Another guy was coming to pull us out and he about hit the tahoe. Everyone got pulled out and home but it was bad. I was outside maybe 5 minutes total and was totally soaked we couldn't even see if other cars were coming when we were pulling each other out.

wow. Only drove 1 time in snow like that. Scary. Can't slow down to quick, can't drive normal speed but can't stop for fear of getting smashed from rear..

We are only supposed to get about 2" out of that storm tonight I guess. I'm glad as I'm ready for spring. If it was December or January it would be different.

Must be a different storm because this one will still be here tonight.

I have been called twice to pull other guys out.

Pictures aren't turning out doesn't show anything but whiteness everywhere and no depth perception.

We've gotten 2-3" of sleet and ice. Trees are covered in 1/2" of ice and they're breaking all over with the wind is blowing around 30mph.
We were supposed to get 5-8" of snow, but it didn't get cold enough.
50 miles west of here they got over 12", 100 miles west got 28".

I'm near Garden City and I would say we got 12". Nice and sunny right now and everythign is melting fast. I have a 4 foot drift in my street so I'm kinda snowed in, if it isn't plowed soon I will do it myself.
