    Rebuilding Haspin's Moto-X track

Just wanted to take a quick sec a let you guys know that for the last couple of week-ends that I, along with a friend of mine, have been rebuilding Haspin acres big track. "The track that my boy broke his arm on last Trikefest". R.C. Motorsports took over the races up there, and wanted to change things up a bit. As many of you know, the big track was in very poor condition due to neglect over the years. I think everyone will be pleased with what we have done. The track is not nearly as long, and we have slowed it way down but have made it more technical. Rolling doubles, table tops, smooth up-hill jumps etc. Very quad and trike friendly. Pete is trying to work on a central watering system now to control the dust. No plans to re-vamp the small track yet, but at least this is a start.

^ That is GREAT news, that track was deadly last year, well, ALL the trails were deadly Seems like they get nasty rain and crazy weather out there.

What bothered me was ONE garden hose for 2000 people??

Why on earth don't they have 4 pressure washer bays 2$ for 4 minutes or something?? Once my trike and gear were filled with mud, I left, I was done...........

They could make a killing off of the bays alone!!
All our government does is distract us while they steal from us, misspend our tax $ and ruin our country

years ago, back in the hay-days of racing in the late 80's, thats what the ponds were dug up there for, they pumped water out of the ponds for use at thier pressure washers. There were two different locations to clean your bikes. problem was, the jeep and buggy guys abused the courtesy and destroyed equipment, so the owners at the time removed everything. if you look inside the old restrooms, you will still see all the pumps still there. a few bad apples ruined it for everyone.

I was thinking of bringing a pressure washer and keep it down by the pond for us trikers to use, it would be 100times better than that hose.
Got any pics of the track? I know its been rough for the past few years.
