Yamaha electrical accessories???

I am down here in the SOUTH but ride up in MN, WI and headed to ID this year...Plus I like to ride at night, a lot! So, I have a question for you Yamaha owners and whoever else has input.

I have always added HID lights, grip warmers and a thumb warmer to my quads. Do these Yami Trikes do okay with these kind of electrical accessories? How taxing is it on the charging system? Anyone run dual batteries?

I see a lot of Northerners and Canadians so the feedback should be good.
