    110 atc help

I have a 110 atc that on start up it revs really high. I have done all the usual carb re-build, air leaks etc...

After it warms up after 10-20 mins of riding it idles down to the point it wont stay running on its own.
Also after warm up it sounds funny out of the pipe like an old V8 that is missing on a cylinder or two. any ides would be great,,,

Timeing should be an easy fix take thecover off on the left side of the motor on the side of the cylinder it's held on by two Phillips head screws then start it and adjust the timeing it's two phillips screws as well just loosen them twist it around retard and advance it until it sounds good

Check your valve clearances too - valves need adjusted from time to time.

DUNER...... engine cold and piston at top dead center the valve tappet setting on the 110 is 0.07mm or 0.003 in. for both of the valves.
