Well i know for sure the front fender will fit on, a little tricky with the grommets but doable w/o modification I got an 86 250r front fender
I dont think the R's tank shrouds will fit on the 200x tank, but if your going to the extent of getting all the plastics might as well get the 250r tank too

The front 85-86 250R fender will bolt right on. The hard part is switching the rubber grommets over from the 200x to the 250R fender.
Here is a picture of my 83 200X with a 250R front fender.
I have no idea about the fitment of the 250R rear fender.

I didnt have to change the grommets out from the x to the r. I got one or two threads of each bolt into the threaded structure and tightened them down evenly, it pulled the grommets towards the center a bit, but there rubber. BTW thats a killer front brake cover dcreel!

85-86 250r front fender fits on the 200x no problem.
Rear fenders do not fit.
Tank and shrouds also dont fit.

Im pretty sure the old school R front fender is exactly the same as the first gen X

And the 83-84 R air fooler front fender will work also. That is what im running on mine.
