    Stupid 3-wheeler wheel question...

Why do all of the stock 3 wheelers have gold wheels? I thought about painting mine, but I guess I need to hang with the cool kids...

Hey DC, how did you get those 250r wheels to fit on the SX, i tried it on my '85and it wouldn't fit over the brake drum. Do the stock wheels for an '86 250r have a larger I.D. than '83 250r or did you remove the drum? Or maybe the ones I had were not stock?

You gotta make sure they are a large bell design to clear the drum cover, early r's probably were not L-B, And I think the later r's are 9" so even more clearance.

Because gold was a cool color in the 80's, i think i even had a gold swatch.
Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I hate the gold wheels! Makes me think of a ghetto grill.
