    Smile Cobra "Quiet" Exhaust...........is it??

I'm looking for a complete exhaust for an '84 110. I found a Cobra "Quiet" pipe online. Does anybody know how loud the "Quiet" version is? I know the regular Cobra is LOUD. I need to quiet down this 3 wheeler so I don't aggravate my neighbors. Non rusted out stock pipes are hard to find......

BTW - I'm not new here. My old login won't let me post so I re-registered. I've been around over a year and was at TF last summer. I started with a free '84 Big Red 200ES and now have:

    2 - '84 200's
    1 - '83 200
    1 - '84 110
    2 - '84 70's

I'm running out of room......Wifey says I should build a barn and get all this junk out of the garage.............Pretty good idea, huh!!!

If it's anything like the HMF I have on my KFX, the quiet core really does make a difference. Can you find out what decibels it's rated at? Then you can compare it to the stock specs.

The cobra quiet should be noticlbly quiet that normal coabras but it still is going to be louder than stock. . Are universal type utilty

quad muflers out of the question? That seems to be the norm around here for rotted out orginal mufflers.

I thought of that. Trying to use the silencer off of something else. On the 110 the headpipe goes under and into the frame and out the top in the back. My headpipe is squashed about half shut pretty close to the cylinder. I don't have much pipe to work with nor the skills to fab up a complete exhaust. Aftermarket ones go outside the frame and bolt to the grab bar mount. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and order a new one from discounthondaparts.com. They list it but I don't know for sure if its still available. Pretty pricey at $146.58 plus shipping....

Just get a nice used one from someone on here or ebay
The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person who is doing it.
