85 250r swingarm question

i'm trying to replace the swingarm pivot bearings on my 85 250r, but the outer race/cage of the bearing is rusted to the swingarm. i don't mean just a little rust holding it in, i mean fused together like there'e nothing left of the bearing. there's not enough of the bearing left to pound on. any ideas??

PB Blaster, or blow torch and scrape, and lastly dremel if its actually fused itself. if it's that bad, consider replacing the carrier if u have the loot.
